Enquiries Overview

The Enquiries module is your central inbox for all customer questions. Every time a visitor submits a contact form on your website, it lands here.

Status Labels

You can track the progress of each enquiry using our status labels:

  • New: A fresh enquiry that hasn't been opened yet.
  • In Progress: You are actively communicating with the customer or working on their request.
  • Resolved: The query has been answered successfully.
  • Closed: The ticket is closed and archived.

Contact Sharing Integration

If you enable 'Contact Sharing' on your Website Card, you can instantly export a customer's details to your phone's address book (.vcf file) directly from their enquiry page.
